To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LIGO Technology Limited and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIGO Technology Limited and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
